“A gourmet festival to celebrate French gastronomy
and art of living!”
For the first time in Miami, celebrate French Gastronomy and Art of Living during a unique fair organized jointly by the French Consulate of France in Miami and Madeleine & Co.
Good France was initially created at the initiative of Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. 2020 marks the 6th edition of global mobilization as well as the 1st edition in Miami. This year the focus will be on the Centre-Val de Loire region as well as socially and environmentally responsible cuisine.
French Gastronomy Food Festival
Among the best French chefs and craftsmen will gather for the occasion, showcasing their products, know-how and initiating visitors to the amazing variety of French cuisine through generous tastings and educating them to healthy eating habits.
This year’s focus is on socially and environmentally responsible cuisine.
In addition to the exhibition, French restaurant owners in Miami will offer a special « Good France » menu during the month of April that values French gastronomy in all its diversity.
